200 g/m² T300 Carbon Fiber Fabric – 2×2 Twill
GBTECH 200 g/m² carbon fiber fabric is woven from T300 carbon fiber in a balanced 2×2 twill pattern. The cloth is supplied in a standard roll format of 100 m × 1 m and is positioned for lightweight laminates, appearance-focused components and detailed shapes. The diagonal twill pattern provides the familiar carbon-fiber appearance and allows the dry fabric to conform to curved surfaces more readily than a plain weave in many lay-up situations. Final composite performance depends on the resin system, fiber orientation, laminate design, processing method and quality control.

What does 200 g/m² mean?: It is the nominal mass of one square metre of dry fabric. It does not include resin or determine finished laminate thickness by itself.
What is a 2×2 twill weave?: Each tow passes over two and under two crossing tows, producing the characteristic diagonal pattern.
Does the fabric include resin?: No. This page describes dry woven reinforcement. A compatible resin system must be selected for the manufacturing process.
Can this fabric be used for my part?: Suitability depends on geometry, loads, ply orientation, resin, cure method, environment and quality requirements. Validate the laminate design before production.
